gas storage tank refers to the equipment specially used to store gas, and it also plays the role of stabilizing system pressure. according to the different pressure of gas storage tank, it can be divided into high-pressure gas storage tank, low-pressure gas storage tank and atmospheric pressure gas storage tank.

freezing compressed air dryer

the freezing compressed air dryer reduces the temperature by cooling, which is the condensation of water vapor into droplets in compressed air, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing moisture content. the condensated droplets pass through the automatic drainage system to discharge from the machine. as long as the downstream pipeline at the outlet of the dryer is not lower than the dew point temperature at the outlet of the evaporator, there will be no secondary condensation.

adsorption type dryer

adsorption dryer achieves drying effect through "pressure change" (principle of pressure swing adsorption). because the capacity of air to hold water vapor is inversely proportional to the pressure, a part of the air after drying (called regenerated gas) is decompressed and expanded to the atmospheric pressure. this pressure change makes the expanded air drier, and then it flows through the regenerated drying agent layer (i.e. the drying tower that has absorbed enough water vapor) without connecting the air flow. the regeneration gas absorbs the water in the desiccant and takes it out of the desiccant to achieve the purpose of dehumidification. the two towers work in a cycle without heat source and continuously supply dry compressed air to the user's gas system.
